Latchkey (RIP) – Its official That’s right folks. Its been a long run, lots of fun, lots of shows, lots of memories for everyone involved. First of all, Thanks to everyone who was in Latchkey through the years: Coleman, Specs, Forbes, Deotis, Dylan, Todd, Dan and Crabtree.

Unfortunately, at this point it looks like there will be no last show.

Thanks so much to Chuck and everyone at Basement Records…. We would really like to thank everyone that ever came to a show, gave us a show, bought a CD or a tape or a shirt, put up a sticker, lent us gear, bought us a beer, gave us a place to stay and supported in the beginning, middle or the end. Thank You to all of you. There’s no possible way I can list everyone we’d like to thank so just know that if you deserve to be thanked we know it and appreciate your help and support...

We had a blast!!

A few of us are moving to new bands so I might update the site one more time with info about these bands. But in the meantime, there are lots of great bands in the DC/Baltimore area right now. Here’s a few to check out, but there are more:
